How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after that. Express delivery takes 1 to 3 working days in select cities.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above, and ₹79 below that. Express delivery is ₹149.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, all processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Email care@buydost.in with your order number. Prepaid orders get a full refund.
Can I return or replace a product?
Each product page shows its return option: Returnable, Replacement only, or Not returnable. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. See our Cancellation, returns and refunds policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email care@buydost.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it free of charge or give you a full refund.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 to 7 working days after the returned item passes our quality check, to your original payment method. Cash on delivery refunds are sent by bank transfer or UPI.
How do I track my order?
We email you the tracking details when your order ships. You can also use the Track order page with your order number.
