We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. This page explains how and when your order reaches you.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of being placed (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Sunday or holiday are processed the next working day.
Delivery time
- Standard delivery: usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.
- Express delivery: usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, available in select cities. Shown at checkout when available.
Remote areas, the North East, Jammu and Kashmir, and island territories can take a few extra days. You can check the delivery estimate for your pincode on each product page.
Delivery charges
- Free standard delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
- Standard delivery on orders below ₹999: ₹79.
- Express delivery: ₹149.
Delivery charges are always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000 at serviceable pincodes. Larger orders need to be paid online.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check the status any time on our Track order page or under My account.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, or the order is refused at the door, the package is returned to us. For prepaid orders we refund the product amount after the package reaches us. Delivery charges already paid are not refundable in this case.
Damaged or tampered packages
If the package looks damaged or opened when it arrives, please do not accept it, or note it with the courier and write to us at care@buydost.in within 48 hours with photos.
