1. About us
buydost.in ("BuyDost", "we", "us") is an online store operated by Amritpal Singh, Punjab, India. You can reach us at care@buydost.in.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
4. Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
- We try to show products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly because of screen settings.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Offers and coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the pincode is not serviceable, the payment fails, or the order appears fraudulent or violates these terms. If we cancel a prepaid order, you get a full refund.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay through UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank details. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders up to ₹5,000. Repeatedly refusing cash on delivery orders may lead us to restrict cash on delivery for your account.
7. Shipping, cancellation and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Cancellation, returns and refunds policy. Each product page shows whether that item is returnable, replacement only, or not returnable.
8. Products sold by independent sellers
Some products may be sold by independent sellers on BuyDost. When this is the case, the seller's name is shown on the product page. Our policies on returns, refunds and customer support still apply to these orders.
9. Reviews and content you share
Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience with the product. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, off-topic or promotional. By posting a review, you allow us to display it on our website.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, placing fraudulent orders, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.
11. Intellectual property
The BuyDost name, logo, website design, text and images belong to BuyDost or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BuyDost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
15. Contact and grievances
For questions or complaints, write to our grievance officer, Amritpal Singh, at care@buydost.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
